Notifications in the mobile application not working?
If you don't receive notifications in your EduPage mobile application, please check the following settings in your phone:
1. Have you switched off the notifications in your EduPage mobile application?
Tap the "E" icon in the upper left corner to open the left menu. Find "Settings" and select "Notifications". Activate/disable notifications for individual EduPage functions.
2. Have you switched off notifications from EduPage in your phone settings?
Go to your phone settings, select Notifications and search for the EduPage application. Are the notifications on?
3. Some types of messages are sent to one parent only, e.g. a reminder to input electronic absence note.
