How do I create a competency assessment directly from test results?
Suppose a teacher assigns students an online test that has questions with performance standards attached to them. After the test is scored, the teacher can view the students' scores against the standards included in the test. This information is found in the results under the Standards and Standards Tree tabs.
The teacher can transfer the standards-based scores from the test results directly to the competency assessments.
In the Standards Tree tab, select the standards and select Export evaluation to competencies.
EduPage creates the assessment, adding the selected standards to it.
After saving, the assessment is reflected in the standards.
You can also use the assessment of competencies based on test results if students write a test on paper. This is possible if the teacher created the test from questions in EduPage that are included in the standards. The teacher can mark such a test in EduPage and information on mastering the standards will be available in the same way as if the students were taking the test online.
